All products in our store are printed on demand and fulfilled by our print partner, Printify. This means your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 2–7 business days, depending on the product and print provider.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany & Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, print provider location, and destination country.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Multiple Items If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as items can be fulfilled by different print providers.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with our print partner to find a solution.
